The Alchemy of our Dreams

A Dream Interpretation Workshop is a laboratory of self-knowledge and integral personal development, during which each participant in the workshop is his or her own subject of study.

The work of interpreting our dreams makes it possible to understand what is happening to us through the unconscious. Dreams are messages from the archetypal forces of the unconscious that when understood have the function of healing, revealing, releasing, resolving and integrating. Like a Navigation Chart, dreams guide us to discover our vital creative essence helping to reveal that for which we came into this life.

Workshop Goals

• To Understand the multidimensional nature of the dream process and its potential for psychic and spiritual transformation

• To Offer an accessible and intuitive methodology for interpreting the symbolic language of our dreams

• To Recognize the difference between our dreams from the individual unconscious as opposed to those from the collective unconscious

• To Introduce ways for making us more aware of our own dreams

• To Identify the essential archetypes that emerge in dreams and learning to recognize different types of dreams

• To Create a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious worlds in order to integrate ourselves more fully as complete and holistic beings

• To Utilize various techniques to deepen our self-understanding, decode the unconscious and to heal with our dreams

La Alquimia Onírica 

LosTalleres de interpretación de Sueños: Son un laboratorio de autoconocimiento y desarrollo personal integral, donde cada quien es su propio objeto y sujeto de estudio.  

El trabajo de interpretación de nuestros sueños posibilita comprender lo que nos esta sucediendo a través del inconsciente. 

Los sueños son mensajes de las fuerzas arquetípicas del inconsciente que tienen la función de sanar, revelar, liberar, resolver e integrar. Nos guían como una carta de navegación para descubrir nuestra esencia vital creadora y a que vinimos en esta vida. 

Objetivos

• Entender la multidimencionalidad del proceso onírico y su potencial de transformación psíquico y espiritual. 
• Ofrecer una metodología accesible e intuitiva para interpretar el lenguaje simbólico de los sueños. 
• Reconocer la diferencia entre los sueños del inconsciente individual a diferencia del inconsciente colectivo 
• Ejercicios introductorios para sensibilizarnos con nuestros propios sueños
• Introducción a las diferentes técnicas para profundizar, decodificar y sanar con los sueños: Imaginación activa, dibujo/arte, psico-corporal, ritual y poesía.
• Identificar los arquetipos esenciales que van emergiendo en los sueños y reconocer los diferentes tipos de sueños. 
• Implementar una técnica efectiva de catalogación de los sueños. 
• Empezar a crear un puente entre el mundo consciente y el inconsciente para poder integrarnos como seres completos y holísticos.
